We’re proud to honor one of our own: Joshua Rodgers.

From day one, Josh embodied our values of hard work, integrity, and service. With no prior construction experience, he grew into an invaluable member of our team—always eager to learn and lead by example. But Josh had a bigger calling: to serve in the military.

In January 2025, Josh began his enlistment, and by March, he had proudly completed basic training. Though he’s moved into a new chapter, he continues to inspire us with his dedication and updates from the field.

We couldn’t be prouder to support Josh—and all those who serve. His story reminds us why we do what we do: empowering individuals to build lives of purpose, service, and strength.

At Creative Craftsmen, we believe that building a better future starts with investing in the next generation. That’s why we’re proud to support students like Arianna, a dedicated high schooler and proud member of Future Farmers of America (FFA).

Arianna reached out to us with a hands-on enrichment project: to design and build a custom bunny enclosure that balanced safety, comfort, and creativity. We were honored to help bring her vision to life.

With guidance from Ralph Lanteigne, Arianna stepped into the world of craftsmanship—learning how to measure, cut, and assemble with care and precision. Ralph didn’t just supervise; he mentored, walking her through each step and encouraging her to take ownership of the process.

The result was more than a finished project. It was a moment of growth, pride, and hands-on learning.

At Creative Craftsmen, we’re passionate about giving back to our community—especially by empowering students to explore their potential. Whether it’s a young learner with a dream, a neighbor in need, or a teammate pursuing new skills, we’re here to build more than structures. We’re here to build confidence, character, and connection.
